While Conard House has helped thousands of vulnerable adults with serious mental disorders live successfully in our community for 50 years, the health disparities among our clients are significant.  Proceeds from the event will help us leverage foundation and other major donor support for our five-year $2.5 million Personal Health Initiative.  We truly believe that, given the chance, the right support and a measure of hope, most people can self-manage both their mental illness and their other chronic conditions.
